Glyconutritionals raising your immunity naturally

At the recent Mind Body Spirit Festival in Sydney I shared my stand with a colleague who assisted me in making the use of Glyconutritionals better known to the public. We run a free E-Course informing people why they should not be taking synthetic vitamins and we had quite a few people take the option of joining up.

Glyconutritionals are imperative to good health and good immunity. They are natural – not synthetic. Their function is to assist in raising immunity which then lets the body’s own healing mechanism kick in.

Glyconutritionals are not like your average vitamins. They are listed as a food and consist of sugars found in Harper’s Biochemistry. Without them, by the time we are 30 we have possibly lost 1/3 of our immunity. Is it any wonder why we get ill as we get older? And often they are not found in many of the ‘modern’ foods we consume.

They are causing quite a storm overseas in the medical profession and have been for some time. People are taking them and their immunity is improving so combined with proper diet, exercise, enough sleep and water they are recovering naturally from a whole range of illnesses. Many scientists and even medical organisations are doing research and study regarding their positive affect on our health.

This has also led to wide publicity over the last decade especially at many world conferences as well as having had acclaimed press in many scientific journals overseas. Dr. John Rollins, a former high ranking, award winning United States Patent and Trademark official in an article published in the Atlanta voice newspaper stated that ‘Glyconutrients are essential for normal defense functions, making them one of the best strategies for reducing the risk of disease. Second, they are also necessary to support the normal functions of repair, making them one of the most critical strategies for supporting the body’s normal healing functions. This is one of the most important discoveries of the 21st Century.”

This makes the study of glycoscience a very interesting topic in the forefront of modern natural healthcare. I have provided all of the above information so you can go and research these for yourself. It is important to stay informed as to what is new on the health front as there is so much conflicting evidence out there that people get so confused they don’t know what to take.

Given all of the above glyconutritionals need to be a part of our daily diet. They can be taken in supplement doses but to get the right dosage you need to contact your health professional who will be able to assess what is happening with your immunity.

Its worth taking a look at how they can help you so why not go surf the net and find out what you can about glycoscience? That way you can be informed BEFORE you visit your health practitioner as to whether these would be something useful to assist you in creating a healthier lifestyle.
