Ingredients
- 400g pork ribs
- 2 tbsp PRB Yang Jiang Preserved Beans with Ginger
- ½ tsp PRB Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp PRB Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 300mL water
Method
- Fry the garlic and preserved beans until fragrant.
- Add pork ribs and fry until golden on both sides.
- Add PRB Brown Sugar, Premium Oyster Sauce and water.
- Braise the pork for 10 mins over a low heat, then turn the heat up until the sauce is sticky.
