Braised Pork Ribs with Preserved Beans

Ingredients

  • 400g pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp PRB Yang Jiang Preserved Beans with Ginger
  • ½ tsp PRB Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp PRB Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 300mL water

Method


  • Fry the garlic and preserved beans until fragrant.
  • Add pork ribs and fry until golden on both sides.
  • Add PRB Brown Sugar, Premium Oyster Sauce and water.
  • Braise the pork for 10 mins over a low heat, then turn the heat up until the sauce is sticky.
